Portfolio Update: Strategic Shift from QUS to KCE

Portfolio Update: Strategic Shift from QUS to KCE

September 12, 2025

We hope you're doing well as Summer comes to a close.

We're reaching out today to let you know that we’ve made a change in our model portfolios. We've sold shares of the SPDR MSCI USA StrategicFactors ETF (QUS) and used the proceeds to buy the SPDR S&P Capital Markets ETF (KCE) instead.

Why the switch? We’re feeling optimistic about the stock market heading into the fourth quarter.[1] Interest rates are starting to come down[2], and that could encourage more people to move money out of savings and into investments. KCE focuses on companies in the capital markets space, which we think could benefit from that trend.

As always, we’re keeping an eye on the economy and making adjustments to help you stay on track with your goals.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

The PFA Investment Committee
