Cindy Henry

Client Service Specialist

Cindy is our Client Service Specialist, along with running the Canton office. She started in May 2010 as the Director of First Impressions and in 2011 became a Client Service Specialist for Tom. 

She prepares all of the reports for Tom’s client reviews, and is the person responsible for running the Canton Airport Office where Tom meets with many of his clients. Servicing clients is her specialty! 

Cindy worked for many years in the manufacturing industry at the Hoover Company from 1974 until 2008 and is a graduate of Stark State College. At Stark State she worked as a student worker to gain office experience while working towards an Associate’s degree. 

She received a degree from Stark State College as an Administrative Office Professional and belonged to Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor society for two-year colleges.

Cindy has worked on the recycling program at Stark State, is a chaperon for youth at church, and helps make food to feed the homeless in Akron.

She has a husband, two sons, and one granddaughter. Having a granddaughter after having two sons is so much fun for Cindy. Her granddaughter calls her “love” rather than grandma.

As a child my grandfather got dime books at the bank and when we would help with chores he would give us dimes to put in our book. Once we completed several books he took us to the bank and opened a savings account in our name. This was when they actually stamped the bank book with the deposit and withdrawal information.
