Our Team

Dave Cranston

File Retention Specialist, Digital Media Coordinator

Dave has been a Client Records Specialist and Digital Media Coordinator, since May 2015.  Dave makes sure all the physical and digital files are up to date and in order which involves scanning all client documents and forms for processing. Dave also handles all of our check deposits and is one of our frontline people to answer your phone calls. We also count on Dave to do all of our video recordings— hopefully you have seen some of them in our emails or on our YouTube channel.

Before joining the PFA team Dave worked in restaurants and assorted food service.

He earned his Bachelors in Multidisciplinary Studies for Theater, Media Production, and Chinese from the University of Akron 2016. Dave was named Time Magazine’s Person of the Year 2006 — which is the same year everyone else was too… so congratulations to you as well.

Dave is an only child, has no kids, and is part of a large extended family.

In his spare time Dave enjoys design work, playing Dungeons & Dragons, painting miniatures, and filming.

Words from Dave

My first memory of money was my parents and I digging through couch cushions to scrape enough change to go to McDonalds for dinner.

Thoughts on PFA

My favorite part of PFA is the low-stress environment and the solitude of the file room.

Due to my 6’4” stature and apparent sense of humor, I’ve been named the office’s “designated step stool replacement.”
