How We're Preparing (and Have Prepared)

Mar 17, 2020

Dear clients and friends,

As the COVID-19 outbreak progresses, Presper Financial Architects remains dedicated to the health, safety, and welfare of our clients, our team members, and our families. Over five years ago, we designed and implemented a disaster recovery plan for events like this - and since then, we have practiced and updated the plan periodically. In the event of a government mandated shutdown, our plan will be activated so that we are still available to meet the needs of our clients. In the interim, here is an update on how we continue to operate until further notice:

  • The Akron office will be open during regular business hours and is staffed by available team members. Some team members will be working remotely from home, but core staff will be in the office.
  • The Canton office will be closed to client visits until the week of March 30th.
  • Clients scheduled for reviews will be contacted by our team to offer telephone or Zoom online meetings, or to reschedule to a later date. We are happy to see clients in the office personally and will follow "safe distance" protocol as established by the CDC. Given the uncertainty of this crisis, though, we are recommending telephone or Zoom online meetings rather than in person for the next 30 days.
  • If the government does force a countrywide shut down, and you need to contact our office, please call the main phone number at 330-253-6000 and leave a voice message. You will receive a call back as soon as possible. Or feel free to send an email and one of our team members will respond in a timely manner. For your convenience, we have attached a list of our email addresses or you can find them on our website here.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we prepare for this dynamic and unprecedented situation.  We will do our best to service and support you, our valued clients.
